When you are ready to proceed, Esthemedic Travel will issue an invoice for a 15% deposit on behalf of the clinic. Once the deposit is paid, your surgery date — including the operating room, surgeon and medical team — is formally reserved.
At the same time, the clinic assigns you a personal patient coordinator who will support you with all practical questions related to your stay and treatment in Istanbul.

Before surgery, you meet your surgeon in person to confirm all medical decisions and ensure you feel fully prepared.
The surgery itself is carried out by licensed specialists with strong aesthetic experience and modern clinical facilities.
You are never alone — the clinic staff are by your side throughout.
After surgery, you are monitored by the clinic’s medical team to make sure you are recovering safely and comfortably.
Depending on the procedure, you may stay one or several nights at the clinic or hospital so nurses and doctors can follow your recovery closely.
You will not be discharged until the surgeon confirms that everything looks as expected.

Before you travel home, the surgeon performs a final check to ensure it is medically safe for you to fly — often referred to as being “fit to fly”.
You will not be recommended to return home until the risk of early complications is considered low.
Once you are back in your daily routine, the clinic remains available for medical follow-up and questions related to healing and results.
